NOTIFICATION (STANDING ORDER) Delhi, the 14th August, 2026 No. F. 2/208/Misc/CF/Pt.File/2008/248-252.— In supersession of all previous notification and in exercise of the powers conferred by Rule 45 of the transaction of Business of the Government of NCT of Delhi Rules, 1993, read with Section 70 of the Chit Fund Act, 1982 as extended to the National Capital Territory of Delhi, the Lieutenant Governor of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, hereby authorise the Special Secretary (Finance Department), Govt. of NCT of Delhi to hear and dispose the appeals under section 70 of the said Act, on behalf of the State Government with immediate effect.
