NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 31st July, 2026 S.O. 4313(E).— In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962) (hereinafter referred to as the “said Act”), the Government of India hereby authorizes Shri Shailendra Singh, Additional Collector, Jabalpur District, Government of Madhya Pradesh, to discharge the functions of the Competent Authority with effect from the date of publication of this

notification in the Official Gazette of India under the said Act on additional charge basis, in place of Shri Vindra Prasad Dwivedi, Additional Collector (Retired), Government of Madhya Pradesh, for the Mumbai-Nagpur-Jharsuguda Natural Gas Pipeline of M/s GAIL (India) Limited in the State of Madhya Pradesh.
