NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 24th August, 2026 S.O. 4678(E).— In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby authorizes the person mentioned in column (1) of the Schedule given below to perform the functions of the “Competent Authority” under the said Act, in respect of the area mentioned in column (2) of the said Schedule:
