No. 102/2026—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 11 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (Act No.46 of 2023), the High Court hereby appoints the following (i) 8 Deputy Tahsildars in Thoothukudi District
(ii) 5 Deputy Tahsildars in Vellore District (iii) 8 Deputy Tahsildars in Villupuram District (iv) 8 Deputy Tahsildars in Sivagangai District (v) 8 Deputy Tahsildars in Ramanathapuram District (vi) 8 Deputy Tahsildars in Tirunelveli District and (vii) 4 Deputy Tahsildars in Tiruvannamalai District and (viii) 8 Tahsildars in Chennai District, as Special Judicial Magistrates, to undergo Magisterial Training for a period of 120 days from the date of assumption of charge and confers upon them the ordinary powers conferable under this Code on a Judicial Magistrate to try such cases which were earlier triable and dealt with by an erstwhile Judicial Second Class Magistrate.

GENERAL NOTIFICATIONS Variation to the Approved Second Master Plan for Chennai Metropolitan Development Area 2026 of Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority for Chennai Metropolitan Area Keelakattalai Village, Chengalpattu District (Letter No. R1/0021/2024-1) No.VI(1)/391/2026.
In exercise of the powers delegated by the Government of Tamil Nadu in G.O. Ms. No.419, Housing and Urban Development Department dated 1st June 1984 under Section 91 (1) of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 the Member-Secretary, Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority hereby makes the following variation under sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) to the Second Master Plan for Chennai Metropolitan Area 2026, approved in G.O.Ms. No.190 Housing & Urban Development (UD I) Department dated 02.09.2008, and published as per G.O.Ms. No.191, Housing & Urban Development (UD I) Department dated 02.09.2008 as Housing and Urban Development Department Notification in No.266 Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated the 2nd September 2008.
Variation
In the said Second Master Plan land use map for the Keelakattalai Village the following expression shall be added: - "Map P.P.D. / M.P II (V) No. 43/2026
to be read with Map No: MP-II/CMA (M) 13B/2008" Explanatory Note (This is not part of variation. It intends to bring out the purport) T.S. No. 08, Block No. 24, Old S. No.250/1A1A2 part, Ward -H, Keelakattalai Village, Pallavaram Taluk, Chengalpattu District, Tambaram City Municipal Corporation limit classified as "Mixed Residential Use Zone" is now reclassified as "Commercial use Zone" Chennai - 600 008. Variations to the Approved Master Plan for the Gummidipoondi Local Planning Area (Roc No.82/2023/GLPA) No.VI(1)/392/2026.
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 32 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), Government in the order G.O.(2D) Ms.No.184, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(1)] Department, dated:13.03.2026 has permitted to change of land use of survey numbers making the following variation to the Master Plan for the Gummidipoondi Local Planning Area, approved under the said Act and published in the Housing and Urban Development Department Notification No.II(2)/HOU/610/2000 dated.07.06.2000, at Page No.295 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette, dated: 7th June 2000.318 TAMIL NADU GOVERNMENT GAZETTE [Part VI—Sec. 1 Variations In the said Master Plan, in the “LAND USE SCHEDULE” of VILLAGE NUMBER: 238, PAPPANKUPPAM under
the heading :
Under the heading I- Residential use Zone - under the sub heading I(b). MIXED RESIDENTIAL USE ZONE: The expression S.F.Nos.206 shall be deleted and the expression S.F.Nos.206(except 206/2, 206/3, 206/4, 206/5A, 206/5B, 206/5C and 206/10) shall be substituted.
Under the Heading III- Industrial use Zone - under the Sub Heading III(b) - General Industial use Zone, Survey
Numbers: 206/2, 206/3, 206/4, 206/5A, 206/5B, 206/5C and 206/10 shall be added.

1. In exercise of the power conferred under sub-section (4) of section 32 of Tamil Nadu Town & Country Planning Act 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972) and in exercise of powers confirmed by the G.O.Ms No.94 Housing & Urban Development, dated 12.06.2009 which has been published in Tamil Nadu Government Gazette No.27, Part II—Section 2, Page-228 dated: 15.07.2009.
2. Land use zone conversion from Agricultural Use Zone (Reserved forest) into Residential Use Zone ordered in G.O.(2D) No.198, Housing and Urban Development [UD4(NPM-1)] Department, dated 23.06.2026, the following variation are made to the Master Plan of Mamallapuram local Planning Authority approved under the said act and published in the G.O.Ms.No.153 H & UD [UD4(2)] dated 20.06.2013, Notification No.28, at page No.481 of Part II—Section 2 of the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette dated 17th July 2013.
Variation In the Mamallapuram master plan under the heading permitted land use in various survey numbers of Mamallapuram Local Planning Area under heading in 115. Pattipulam Village, Page No.130 the following entries should be made.
1. Pattipulam Village, against the entry 1. Residential Use Zone the following survey number shall be added S.nos. 158/2, 160/1, 160/9 before the S.no: 165, S.nos.175, 179/1A, 179/1B, 179/1C, 179/3, 179/4 before the S.No: 181/3
2. Pattipulam Village, against the entry 7. Agricultural Use Zone (Reserved Forest) the following survey number shall be substituted S.Nos. 158 (except 158/2), 159, 160 (except 160/1, 160/9), 161, 162, 163 instead of 158 to 163 and S.no. 176, 177, 178, 179 (except 179/1A, 179/1B, 179/1C, 179/3, 179/4), 180 instead of 175 to
