(1)(एफ) को राष्ट्रीय आयुर्विज्ञान आयोग अजधजनयम, 2019 (2019 का अजधजनयम 30) की धारा 35,36,37,38,39 और 40 के साथ पढ़ते हुए, राष्ट्रीय आयुर्विज्ञान आयोग "राष्ट्रीय आयुर्विज्ञान आयोग (जचदकत्सा योग्यता की मान्यता) जवजनयम, 2023" को संिोजधत करन े के जलए जनम्नजलजखत मसौिा जवजनयम बनाता िै, अथाित:् -

1. (i) ये जवजनयम “राष्ट्रीय आयुर्वज्ञि ान आयोग (जचदकत्सा योग्यता की मान्यता) जवजनयम (संिोधन), 2025” कि ेिाएंगे।

(ii) ये जवजनयम रािपत्र म ेंउनके प्रकािन की तारीख स ेप्रवृत िोंग।े

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 16th July, 2025 “National Medical Commission (Recognition of Medical Qualification) Regulations (Amendment), 2025” F. No. N-P050(20)/8/2025-PGMEB-NMC.—In exercise of overall authority vested with the National Medical Commission, and specifically vide sub-sections (zp), (zq), (zr), (zs), (zt) of sub-section (2) of Section 57, sub-

section (1)(j) of section 24, sub-section (1)(i) of section 25, sub-section (1)(f) of section 26, read with Section 35, 36, 37, 38, 39 and 40 of the National Medical Commission Act, 2019 (Act 30 of 2019), the National Medical Commission makes the following draft Regulations to further amend “National Medical Commission (Recognition of Medical Qualification) Regulations, 2023” namely:-

1. (i) These regulations may be called the “National Medical Commission (Recognition of Medical Qualification) Regulations (Amendment), 2025”.

(ii) They shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. Part one of Clause 7 of the Regulations, under the heading “Application fee” is deleted. Now clause 7 will read as: “7. Application fee - Any foreign authority in any country outside India, entrusted with the recognition shall remit $ 10000 (US dollars ten thousand only) per qualification as fees to the Commission while submitting its application in a proforma’.

Note: - The Principal Regulations namely, “National Medical Commission (Recognition of Medical Qualification) Regulations, 2023” were published in Part-III Section (4) of the Gazette of India on the 1st January, 2024, vide National Medical Commission Notification No. CDN-19012/5/2023-Coord-NMC(i).

The National Medical Commission proposes certain amendment to the Clause 7 of National Medical Commission (Recognition of Medical Qualification) Regulations-2023, the draft Regulation prepared and approved by the competent authority following due procedures is hereby published for information of all stakeholders likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby given that the said draft Regulation (amendment) shall be taken into consideration on or after the expiry of a period of thirty (30) days from the date on which the copies of the Gazette of India containing these draft Regulation (amendment) are made available to public.

Objections and suggestions which may be received from any person within the period specified above will be considered by the National Medical Commission.
