1. संजिप्त नाम और प्रारंभ - (1) इन जवजनयमों को केनरा बैंक अजधकारी कमजचारी (अनुिासन और अपील) संिोधन जवजनयमन, 2021 कहा िाएगा।

(2) ये रािपत्र में प्रकािन की तारीख से प्रभावी होंगे।

2. केनरा बैंक अजधकारी कमजचारी (अनुिासन और अपील) संिोधन जवजनयमन, 2016 में -

(i) संजिप्त नाम में, आंकडे '2016' के स्ट्थान पर आंकडे '2019' रखे िाएंगे;

NOTIFICATION Bengaluru, the 19th July, 2021 F. No. HRW:IRS:124C:LW:3231:2021.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 19 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertaking) Act, 1970 (5 of 1970), the Board of Directors of Canara Bank, in consultation with the Reserve Bank of India and with the previous sanction of the Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations to amend the Canara Bank Officer Employees‘ (Discipline and Appeal) Amendment Regulations, 2016, namely:-

1. Short Title and commencement. – (1) These Regulations may be called the Canara Bank Officer Employees‘ (Discipline and Appeal) Amendment Regulations, 2021.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Canara Bank Officer Employees‘ (Discipline and Appeal) Amendment Regulations, 2016, –

(i) in the short title, for the figures ‗2016‘, the figures ‗2019‘ shall be substituted;

(ii) at the end of the notification and before the footnote, the following explanatory memorandum shall be inserted, namely:- ―Explanatory Memorandum – It is hereby certified that by giving retrospective effect to the amendments, no person shall be adversely affected.‖.
