1. इस जवजनयम को पंिाब नैिनल बैंक अजधकारी कमजचारी’ (अनुिासन एवं अपील) संिोधन जवजनयम, 2023 कहा िाएगा।

(2) ये जवजनयम इस अजधसूचना के अजधकाररक रािपत्र म ेंप्रकाजित होन े की जतजथ स ेप्रभावी होंगे।

2. कजनष्ठ महाप्रबंधक – मानव प्रबंधन ग्रेड संसाधन प्रभाग, स्ट्केल-I प्रधान कायाजलय यामध्यम प्रबंधन ग्रेड स्ट्केल-II या मध्यम प्रबंधन ग्रेड स्ट्केल-III के अजधकारी (िहां कारजवाई का कारण प्रधान कायाजलय या प्रजतजनयुजि याजविेि में तैनाती के स्ट्थान पर उत्पन्न हुआ ह)ै

No. PNB/HRD/DAC/D&A/2022-23.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertaking) Act, 1970 (5 of 1970), the Board of Directors after consultation with Reserve Bank and with the previous sanction of the Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Punjab National Bank Officer Employees’ (Discipline and Appeal) Regulations, 1977, namely:-

Short Title and commencement: -

1. (1) These regulations may be called the Punjab National Bank Officer Employees’ (Discipline and Appeal) Amendment Regulations, 2023.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of Publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Punjab National Bank Officer Employees’ (Discipline and Appeal) Regulations, 1977 for the Schedule, the following schedule shall be substituted, namely:-4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] “SCHEDULE” [See regulation 3(b), 3(g), 3(n)] S.
