1. (1) आन जिजनयमनों को बैंक ऑफ़ बड़ौदा ऄजधकारी कमचचारी (सेिाजनिृजत्त र्पश्चात जनजी क्षेत्र की आकाआयों म ें सेिा स्ट्िीकृजत) जिजनयमन, 2020 कहा जाएगा.

(2) य ेअजधकाररक राजर्पत्र म ेंप्रकाजित होने की तारीख से प्रभािी होंगे.

2. बैंक ऑफ बड़ौदा ऄजधकारी कमचचारी (सेिाजनिृजत्त र्पश्चात जनजी क्षेत्र की आकाआयों म ें सेिा स्ट्िीकृजत) जिजनयमन 2001 में,

(i) ईर्प जिजनयमन (6) के जिजनयमन 4 म ें जनम्नजलजखत ईर्प जिजनयमन को प्रजतस्ट्थाजर्पत ककया जाएगा ऄथाचत ् :- “(6) आन जिजनयमनों के तहत र्पाररत सभी अदिे ों के संबंध में संबजन्द्धत व्यजि को सूजचत ककया जाएगा.”, 1646 GI/2020 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC. 4]

(ii) जिजनयमन 4 के ईर्परांत जनम्नजलजखत जिजनयमन प्रजिष्ट ककया जाएगा :- “सक्षम प्राजधकारी - जिजनयमन 4 के तहत ककसी ऄजधकारी कमचचारी द्वारा सेिाजनिृजत के ईर्परांत जनजी क्षेत्र की आकाआयों में सेिा स्ट्िीकार करने ऄथिा रोजगार लने े हते स्ट्िीकृजत देने ऄथिा ना देन े हते सक्षम प्राजधकारी जनम्नजलजखत ताजलका के ऄन सार होंग े:

NOTIFICATION Mumbai, the 31st March, 2020 No. BCC:HRM:EXE:112/275.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19, read with sub-

section (2) of section 12 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970 (5 of 1970), the Board of Directors of the Bank of Baroda, in consultation with the Reserve Bank of India and with the previous sanction of the Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Bank of Baroda Officer Employees’ (Acceptance of Jobs in Private Sector Concerns After Retirement) Regulations 2001, namely:–

1. (1) These regulations may be called the Bank of Baroda Officer Employees’ (Acceptance of Jobs in Private Sector Concerns after Retirement) (Amendment) Regulations, 2020.

(2) They shall come into force with effect from the date of their publication in the official Gazette.

2. In the Bank of Baroda Officer Employees’ (Acceptance of Jobs in Private Sector Concerns After Retirement) Regulations, 2001, –

(i) In regulation 4, for sub-regulation (6), the following sub-regulation shall be substituted,

namely:- ―(6) Every order passed by the Bank under these Regulations shall be communicated to the person concerned.‖,

(ii) After Regulation 4, the following regulation shall be inserted, namely:- ―5. Competent Authority – The competent Authority for granting or refusing permission for acceptance or taking up any employment in private concern after retirement, by an officer employee under Regulation 4, shall be as given in the table below:-[भाग III—खण् ड 4] भारत का राजर्पत्र : ऄसाधारण 3 LEVEL COMPETENT AUTHORITY
