1. लघ ु िीर्ड और प्रारंभण

(1) इन जिजनयमों को पेरोजलयम और प्राकृजतक गैस जिजनयामक बोडड (व्यिसाय का संचालन, जिकायतों की प्राजि और िांच) संिोधन जिजनयम, 2024 कहा िाएगा।

(2) ये जिजनयम सरकारी रािपत्र म ेंप्रकािन की तारीख़ से प्रिृत होंगे।

2. पेरोजलयम और प्राकृजतक गसै जिजनयामक बोडड (व्यिसाय का संचालन, जिकायतों की प्राजि और िांच) जिजनयम, 2007 म,ें - 2177 GI/2025 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] (ए) जिजनयमन 29 म,ें उप-जिजनयमन (2) म,ें जनम्नजलजखत परंतुक िोड़ा िाएगा, अथाडत:्- "परंत ु यह दक पार्टियों को संप्रेजर्त या बोड ड की िेबसाइि पर िेब-होस्ट्ि दकए गए या िनता को संप्रेजर्त दकए गए प्रत्येक ऐसे आदेि या जनणडय पर कोरम के हस्ट्ताक्षरों के स्ट्थान पर "एसडी/-" िाकयांि अंदकत होगा। तथाजप मूल दस्ट्तािेि पर कोरम के हस्ट्ताक्षर होंगे तथा इसे बोडड की सुरक्षा म ेंसंरजक्षत रखा िाएगा। अंिन कुमार जमश्रा, सजचि [जिज्ञापन-III/4/असा./1120/2024-25] पाद टिप्पण:

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 24th March, 2025 F. No. PNGRB/LEGAL/5-MISC/(14)/2022-Part(1) (P-4567).—In exercise of the powers conferred by

Section 61 of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board Act, 2006 (19 of 2006), the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board, hereby makes the following regulations, to further amend the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Conduct of Business, Receiving and Investigation of Complaints) Regulations, 2007, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement

(1) These regulations may be called the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Conduct of Business, Receiving and Investigation of Complaints) Amendment Regulations, 2024.

(2) These shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Conduct of Business, Receiving and Investigation of Complaints) Regulations, 2007,- a. in regulation 29, in sub-regulation (2), the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:- "Provided that every such order or decision communicated to the parties or web-hosted on the website of the Board or communicated to public, will bear the phrase “Sd/-” instead of signatures of the coram.
