1. सजं िप्त िाम और प्रारंभ. – (1) इि जवजियमों को केंद्रीय प्रदषू ण जियंत्रण बोड ड (सदस्ट्य सजचव को छोड़कर अन्य अजधकाररयों और अन्य कमडचाररयों की भती की पद्धजत, सेवा की जिबंधि और ितें) (संिोधि) जवजियम, 2025 कहा िाएगा।

(2) य ेजवजियम रािपत्र में उिके प्रकािि की जतजर् स ेप्रभावी मािे िाएंगे।

2. ददिांक 18 िवंबर, 2021 की अजधसूचिा एफ.सं. एडी-11023/2/2021-एडजमि-आर-एचओ-सीपीसीबी-एचओ द्वारा अजधसूजचत केंद्रीय प्रदषू ण जियत्रं ण बोडड (सदस्ट्य सजचव को छोड़कर अन्य अजधकाररयों और अन्य कमडचाररयों की भती की पद्धजत, सेवा की जिबंधि और ितें) जवजियम, 2021 के क्र.सं.12 में जिम्नजलजखत जवजियम की प्रजवजि की िाएगी, अर्ाडत:् - “(12) केंद्रीय प्रदषू ण जियत्रं ण बोडड के जियजमत कमचड ाररयों के जलए ऊपरी आयु-सीमा म ेंछूट- 2120 GI/2025 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4]

(1) समूह 'क' एवं 'ख' पदों हते ु सीधी भती के जलए आय ु सीमा. - केंद्रीय प्रदषू ण जियंत्रण बोड ड के जियजमत कमडचाररयों (जिन्होंि े तीि वषों की जिरंतर सेवा पणू ड कर ली हो), को ऐसे पदों के जलए अजधकतम पााँच वषड की आय ु में छूट प्रदाि की िाएगी, िो समाि कायडिेत्र या संबद्ध संवगड से संबंजधत हों तर्ा जििम ेंउिकी पूवड सेवा को पद के कुिल जिवडहि हते ु उपयोगी मािा िा सके।

(3A) of section 12 of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974 (6 of 1974), the Central Pollution Control Board, with the previous approval of the Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Central Pollution Control Board (Method of Recruitment, Terms and Conditions of Service of Officers and other Employees other than Member-Secretary) Regulations, 2021, namely:-

1. Short title and commencement. – (1) These regulations may be called the Central Pollution Control Board (Method of Recruitment, Terms and Conditions of Service of Officers and other Employees other than Member- Secretary) (Amendment) Regulations, 2025.

(2) These regulations shall be deemed to have come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Central Pollution Control Board (Method of Recruitment, Terms and Conditions of Service of Officers and other Employees other than Member-Secretary) Regulations, 2021 notified vide F. No. AD-11023/2/2021-ADMIN-R- HO-CPCB-HO dated 18th November, 2021, the following regulation shall be inserted at S.No. 12, namely:- “(12) Relaxation in Upper Age-Limit for CPCB Regular Employees.-

(1) Age Limit for Direct Recruits for Group A and B posts. - Relaxable for CPCB Regular Employees (with three years of continuous service) up to five years for posts which are in same line or allied cadres and where a relationship could be established that the service already rendered in a particular post will be useful for the efficient discharge of the duties of post.

(2) Age Limit for Direct Recruits for Group C posts. - Relaxable for CPCB Regular Employees (with three years of continuous service) up to forty years for posts which are in the same line or allied cadres.
