NOTIFICATION The draft of the following rules further to amend the Karnataka Educational institutions (Recruitment and Terms and Condition of Service of Employees in private aided Primary and Secondary Educational Institutions) Rules, 1999, which the Government of Karnataka proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 145 of the Karnataka Education Act, 1983 for (Karnataka Act 01 of 1995), in Notification No. ED 08 SLB 2021, Dated:13/07/2022, in volume 157 (Issue-140) of Karnataka Gazette Extra- ordinary, dated:15th July 2022 inviting suggestions and objections from persons likely to be affected thereby within thirty days from the date of publication of draft in the official Gazette.

Where, the said Gazette was made available to the public on 15 july 2022,

And whereas, no objections and suggestions received in respect of the said draft rules.

Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by the Karnataka Educational institutions (Recruitment and Terms and Condition of Service of Employees in private aided Primary and Secondary Educational Institutions) Rules, 1999, which the Government of Karnataka proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 145 of the Karnataka Education Act, 1983 for (Karnataka Act 01 of 1995) hereby make the following rules, namely;

1. Title and commencement.- (1) These rules may be called the Karnataka Educational institutions (Recruitment and Terms and Condition of Service of Employees in private aided Primary and Secondary Educational Institutions) (Amendment) Rules, 2022.

(2) They shall come into force from the date of their final publication in the official Gazette.
