Name of Work: Request for Proposal (RfP) for Selection of Manufacturers for Setting Up 10 GWh Manufacturing Capacities for Advanced Chemistry Cell (ACC) for Grid Scale Stationary Storage Applications under the Production Linked Incentive (PLI) Scheme.
Cost of RFP Process: ₹4,50,000 (Rupees Four Lakh Fifty Thousand only) to be transferred to bank account (details as per Appendix XII of RFP).
Bid Security: Bank Guarantee (BG) of ₹10,00,00,000 (Rupees Ten Crore only) in favour of Ministry of Heavy Industries (MHI) as per details in RFP.
Availability of Tender Documents 15/07/2026 Pre-Bid Conference 11:30 HRS IST on 29/07/2026 Bid Due Date 16:00 HRS IST on 13/10/2026 Opening of Technical Bids 16:30 HRS IST on 14/10/2026 The bidder shall provide all the information sought under this RfP at the Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP - https://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app) and will provide hard copies to MHI as per details provided in RFP. Corrigendum/ Amendments, if any, will also be available only on CPPP and not in newspaper.
