NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 30th April, 2024 G.S.R. 266(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 of the Bhopal Gas Leak Disaster (Processing of Claims) Act, 1985 (21 of 1985), the Central Government hereby extends the tenure of Shri Justice Anil Verma, a sitting Judge of the High Court of Madhya Pradesh to hold concurrent charge of the post of Commissioner for the Welfare of the Victims of Bhopal Gas Leak Disaster, for a period of one year with effect from 30.04.2024 or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
