20.01.2025 िे द्वारा रांसलमशन र्ोजना “मेससस एसएईएल इंडस्ट्रीज़ लललमटेड िो वाईएसआर िडपा, आंध्र प्रदेश म ेंलस्ट्ित उनिी 300 मगे ावाट सोलर पावर प्रोजेक्ट िे ललए िनेलक्टलवटी प्रदान िरन े हते ु पारेषण प्रणाली” िे अतं गतस आन े वाली ओवरहडे रांसलमशन लाइन िे ललए लवद्युत अलिलनर्म िी िारा 68(1) िे अंतगसत पूवस अनुमोदन प्रदान किर्ा िा। मेसस स एसएईएल इंडस्ट्रीज़ लललमटेड न े स्ट्िानीर् समाचार पत्रों स्ट्वतंत्र वाता स (हहदं ी म)ें कदनांि 11.03.2025, प्रजाशक्ती (तले ुग ु म)ें कदनांि 11.03.2025, द टाइम्स ऑफ़ इंलडर्ा (अंिेजी म)ें कदनांि 11.03.2025 और भारत िे साप्तालहि राजपत्र कदनांि 12.04.2025 म ें रांसलमशन र्ोजना िे ललए प्रस्ट्तालवत रांसलमशन मागस पर प्रिाशन िी तारीख स े 2 महीन े िे भीतर आम जनता िी टटप्पलणर्ों / अभ्र्ावेदन िी मांग िरत े हुए नोटटस प्रिालशत किर्ा िा। इसिे पश् चात, मेससस एसएईएल इंडस्ट्रीज़ लललमटेड ने 12.06.2026 कदनांकित एि हलिनामा प्रस्ट्तुत किर्ा, लजसम ें घोषणा िी गई ह ै कि 7681 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] भारत सरिार िे आलििाटरि राजपत्र एव ं स्ट्िानीर् समाचार पत्रों म ें प्रिाशन िी तारीख स े 2 महीन े िे भीतर िोई टटप्पणी/अभ्र्ावेदन प्राप्त नहीं हुआ ह।ै और अब आवेदि ने लवद्युत अलिलनर्म, 2003 िी िारा 164 िे अतं गतस रांसलमशन र्ोजना "मेससस एसएईएल इंडस्ट्रीज़ लललमटेड िो वाईएसआर िडपा, आंध्र प्रदशे म ेंलस्ट्ित उनिी 300 मगे ावाट सोलर पावर प्रोजेक्ट िे ललए िनेलक्टलवटी प्रदान िरने हते ु पारेषण प्रणाली” िे तहत ओवरहडे रांसलमशन लाइन लबछान े िे ललए उसे व े सभी शलक्तर्ां प्रदान िरन े िा अनुरोि किर्ा ह,ै जो भारतीर् टेलीिाि अलिलनर्म, 1885 िे तहत टेलीिाि िे प्रर्ोजन िे ललए सरिार द्वारा स्ट्िालपत अिवा अनरु लित किर् ेगए टेलीिाि लाइन एव ंखम्भ े र्ा इस प्रिार िी स्ट्िापना और अनरु िण किर् े जाने िे ललए, टेलीिाि प्रालििरण िो प्राप्त ह।ैं इस र्ोजना िे अतं गतस लनम्नलललखत ओवरहडे रांसलमशन लाइन ह:ैं

1. मेसस स एसएईएल इंडस्ट्रीज लललमटेड िा जनरेशन पूहलंग स्ट्टेशन (गांव: लसटरगेपल्ली, मडं ल: िोंडापुरम, लजला: वाईएसआर िडपा, आंध्र प्रदेश) स े िुरनलू - III पीएस (आईएसटीएस एस/एस) 220 िेवी एस/सी लाइन डी/सी और एम/सी टावरों पर। उपरोक्त र्ोजना िे अंतगसत ओवरहडे रांसलमशन लाइन आंध्र प्रदेश राज्र् िे लनम्न ाकं ित गााँवों, िस्ट्बों और शहरों स े होिर, उन पर स,े उनिे आसपास से और बीच स े होिर गुज़रेगी। क्रम स.ं गांव िा नाम तहसील/तालुिा लजला राज्र्

1. लसटरगेपल्ली, टी. िोडुरु िोंडापुरम वाईएसआर िडपा 2 उरुहचंिला तालडपालत्र अनांिापुरम 3 उम्मार्ापल्ले, तोल्लामाडुगु, शोलत्रर्म चेन्नमपल्ल,े िोलीलमगुंडला नांदर्ाला आंध्र प्रदेश लतम्मानार्नीपेटा अब, साविानीपूवसि लवचार िरने िे पश्चात, लवद्युत मंत्रालर्, भारत सरिार, लवद र् ुत अलिलनर्म, 2003 िी िारा 164 िे अंतगसत, मेससस एसएईएल इंडस्ट्रीज़ लललमटेडिो उपरोक्त ओवरहडे रांसलमशन लाइन िो लगाने िे ललए वे सभी शलक्तर्ां लनम्नलललखत लनबंिनों एव ंशतों िे साि प्रदान िरता ह,ै जो भारतीर् टेलीिाि अलिलनर्म, 1885 िे तहत टेलीिाि िे प्रर्ोजन िे ललए सरिार द्वारा स्ट्िालपत अिवा अनरु लित किर् े गए टेलीिाि लाइन एवं खम्भे र्ा इस प्रिार िी स्ट्िापना और अनरु िण किर् े जान े िे ललए, टेलीिाि प्रालििरण िो प्राप्त ह-ैं i. र्ह अनुमोदन 25 वषों िे ललए प्रदान किर्ा जाता ह।ै ii. आवेदि िो प्रस्ट्तालवत लाइन िी स्ट्िापना स े पूवस संबंलित प्रालििरणों अिातस स्ट्िानीर् लनिार्ों, रेलवे, राष्ट्रीर् राजमागस, राज्र् राजमागस आकद िी सहमलत प्राप्त िरनी होगी। iii. आवेदि िो लवद्युत अलिलनर्म, 2003 िे तहत समुलचत आर्ोग िे द्वारा तैर्ार किए गए रांसलमशन, ओ एडं एम, ओपन एक्सेस आकद िे लवलनर्मों/संलहताओं िा पालन िरना होगा। iv. आवेदि िेंद्र सरिार िे लवद्युत लनरीिि/मुख्र् लवद्युत लनरीिि िे अनुमोदन िे पश्चात ही लाइन िा प्रचालन िरेगा। v. र्ह अनुमोदन आवेदि द्वारा लवद्युत अलिलनर्म, 2003 िे प्राविानों और उसिे तहत बनाए गए लनर्मों िी अपेिाओं िा अनुपालन किए जाने िे अध्र्िीन ह।ै vi. मेसस सएसएईएल इंडस्ट्रीज़ लललमटेडिो लवद्युत लनरीिण िे समर् लवमानन एव ंरिा प्रालििरणों इत्र्ाकद, स ेअपेलित अनुमलत िो प्राप्त िरने िे बाद, इस े िेंद्रीर् लवद्युत प्रालििरण िो लवद्युत लनरीिण िे समर् प्रस्ट्तुत िरना होगा। [फा. स.ं 25-16/87/2026-पािर जिड(एमओपी)] एम.िी.एन. िरा प्रसाद, अिर सजिि (पीिी)[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3 MINISTRY OF POWER

ORDER New Delhi, the 6th October, 2026 S.O. 5474(E).— Whereas M/s SAEL Industries Limited having its registered address at H. NO. 44, Model Town, Guruharsahai, Firozpur, Punjab-152022, India has applied for authorization under Section 164 of the Electricity Act, 2003 for laying of overhead transmission line under the transmission scheme “Transmission system for providing Connectivity to M/s SAEL Industries Limited for its 300MW Solar Power Plant at YSR Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh.”

And whereas, Ministry of Power, Government of India vide its letter No. 25-17/14/2025-PG (MoP) dated 20.01.2025 had granted prior approval under section 68(1) of the Electricity Act, 2003 for the overhead line covered under the transmission scheme “Transmission system for Providing Connectivity to M/s SAEL Industries Limited for its 300MW Solar Power Plant at YSR Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh.” M/s SAEL Industries Limited had published notice for transmission scheme in local newspapers Swatantra Vaartha (in Hindi) dated 11.03.2025, Prajashakti (in Telugu)) dated 11.03.2025, The Times of India (in English) dated 11.03.2025 and in Weekly Gazette of India dated 12.04.2025 for the general public to make observations/representations on the proposed transmission route within two Months from the date of publication. Subsequently, M/s SAEL Industries Limited has submitted an affidavit dated 12.06.2026 declaring that no observation/ representation was received within two months from the date of Publication in the Newspaper and official Gazette of Government of India.

And now the applicant has requested to confer upon him, all the powers under section 164 of the Electricity Act, 2003, which the telegraph authority possess under the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885 with respect to the placing of telegraph lines and posts for the purpose of a telegraph established or maintained by Government or to be so established or maintained for laying of electric lines under the transmission scheme “Transmission system for providing Connectivity to M/s SAEL Industries Limited for its 300MW Solar Power Plant at YSR Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh.” The following overhead line is covered under this scheme:

1. Generation pooling station of M/s SAEL Industries Limited (located in village: Sirigepalle Mandal:

Kondapuram, District: YSR Kadapa, Andhra Pradesh) to Kurnool- III PS (ISTS S/s) 220 kV S/c line on D/c and M/c tower The transmission line covered under the above scheme will pass through, over, around and between the following villages, towns and cities of Andhra Pradesh:

Koduru Pradesh 2 Tadipatri Ananthapuram Andhra Uruchinthala Pradesh 3 Ummayapalle, Tollamadugu, Shotrium Chennampalle, Kolimigundla Nandyala Andhra Timmanayanaipeta Pradesh Now, after careful consideration, Ministry of Power, Government of India, under section 164 of the Electricity Act, 2003, confers all the powers to M/s SAEL Industries Limited for laying of above overhead transmission line, which telegraph authority possesses under the Indian Telegraph Act, 1885 with respect to placing of telegraph lines and posts for the purposes of a telegraph established or maintained, by Government or to be established or maintained subject to following terms and conditions for installing the above mentioned line, namely:

i. The approval is granted for 25 years. ii. The Applicant shall have to seek the consent of the concerned authorities, i.e., local bodies, Railways, National Highways, State Highways etc. before erection of proposed line.4 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] iii. The Applicant shall have to follow regulations/codes of the Appropriate Commission regarding transmission, O&M, open access, etc., framed under Electricity Act, 2003.

iv. The Applicant shall operate the line after approval of Electrical Inspector / Chief Electrical Inspector of Central Government. v. The approval is subject to compliance of the requirement of the provisions of the Electricity Act, 2003 and the rules made there under by the applicant.

vi. M/s SAEL Industries Limited shall have to submit the requisite clearances to Central Electricity Authority after obtaining the same from concerned authorities like Civil Aviation, Defense etc., at the time of Electrical Inspection.
