(a) whether the Government is aware of corruption being committed by issuing Despatch Orders (DOs) for inferior quality coal and then providing them with better quality coal;
(b) if so, the number of traders prosecuted so far and the number of people imprisoned;
(c) whether the Government is likely to stop the smuggling of quality coal through fake DOs in the Shahupuri area of Chandauli district in Uttar Pradesh;
(d) if so, the time by which the smuggling through fake DOs would be prevented; and

(a) No corruption case of supplying high grade coal against the Dispatch Order
(DO) for low grade coal has been established in the Ministry.
(b), (c), (d) and (e): Does not arise in view of (a) above. *******
