Will the MINISTEROFHEALTH AND FAMILYWELFARE be pleased tostate:

(a) the number of Ayushman Bharat Health Accounts (ABHA) generated along with the annual growth recorded in the country, year-wise and State-wise, particularly Gujarat especially the Kachchh Parliamentary Constituency andthe SidhiParliamentary Constituency,Madhya Pradesh;

(b) the steps takenbythe Government topromote the registration of ABHAIDs andexpansion of digital healthservices inthe Kachchh ParliamentaryConstituency; and

(c) the number of empanelled private hospitals under the Ayushman Bharat-Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB-PMJAY) along with the number of beneficiaries and details of the health benefits provided totheminthe Bhilwara ParliamentaryConstituency, Rajasthan? (a) to (c) Ayushman Bharat Health Account (ABHA) is a key building block of Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission (ABDM). It is a unique 14-digit health identifier which allows citizens to securely accessandmanage theirdigitalhealthrecordsacross the healthcare ecosystem. As on 31.07.2026, a total of 95.99 crore ABHA have been created across the country including 5.25 crore ABHA in the state of Gujarat. The year-wise growth in creation of ABHA is as per Annexure-I. The State/UT-wise and year-wiseABHAcreation isasperAnnexure-II.

Parliamentary Constituency details are not captured during creationof ABHA. As on 31.07.2026,a total of 17.55 and 8.48 lakh ABHA have been created in the Kachchh and Morbi districts falling under the Kachchh Parliamentary Constituency of the State of Gujarat, respectively, while a totalof 9.75, 9.16and

9.04 lakh ABHA have been created in the Sidhi, Singrauli, and Shahdol districts falling under the Sidhi Parliamentary Constituency of the State of Madhya Pradesh, respectively. The year-wise growth in ABHA creation for Kachchh and Sidhi Parliamentary Constituency for the State of Gujarat & Madhya Pradesh,respectivelyisasper Annexure-III.

Several initiatives have been taken to enhance ABDM adoption in the Kachchh Parliamentary Constituency in coordination with National Health Authority. These include adoption of ‘Scan & Register’ services, training and capacity building of healthcare professionals, frontline health workers and facility staff to facilitate ABHA creation and adoption of ABDM-enabled digital health services.

Further, district level review meetings including Kachchh & Morbi districts, are conducted to monitor ABHA registration progress and address implementation challenges. Information, Education and Communication (IEC) activities have also been undertaken to educate citizens about the benefits of ABHAanddigitalhealthservices.

Ayushman Bharat - Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB-PMJAY) provides health coverage of Rs. 5 lakhs per family per year for secondary and tertiary care hospitalization. In the State of Rajasthan, the Health Benefit Package covers 2,179 treatment procedures across 38 medical specialties through the network of empanelled public and private hospitals, including those empanelled in the Bhilwara Parliamentary Constituency.

The Bhilwara Parliamentary Constituency comprises two districts, namely Bhilwara and Bundi. As on
