NOTIFICATION Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar, 12th August, 2026 No. GHE/2026/38/EPCD/MSM/e-file/20/2022/0509/E Section:- In pursuance of clause (a) of section 2 of the Gujarat Water and Gas Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of user in Land) Act, 2000, the State Government here by authorizes the person mentioned in column 1 of the Schedule given below to perform the functions of Competent Authority under the said Act for laying of the gas pipelines by M/s GSPL Transmission Limited, Gandhinagar in respect of the area mentioned in column 2 of the said Schedule for the period of One year or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
