1. सजं क्षप्त नाम और प्रारंभण –

(1) आन जिजनयमों को पेरोजलयम और प्राकृजतक गैस जिजनयामक बोडड (नगर या स्ट्थानीय प्राकृजतक गैस जितरण नेटिकड के जलए सुरक्षा मानकों सजहत तकनीकी मानक और जिजिजियां) संिोधन जिजनयम, 2020 कहा जाएगा।

(2) ये सरकारी राजपत्र में ईनके प्रकािन की तारीख़ स ेप्रिृत्त होंग।े

2. पेरोजलयम और प्राकृजतक गैस जिजनयामक बोडड (नगर या स्ट्थानीय प्राकृजतक गैस जितरण नेटिकड के जलए सरु क्षा मानकों सजहत तकनीकी मानक और जिजिजियां) जिजनयम, 2008 म,ें - 2921 GI/2020 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC. 4]

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 30th June, 2020 F. No. PNGRB/Auth/1-CGD(06)/2020.—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 61 of the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board Act, 2006 (19 of 2006), the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board hereby makes the following regulations further to amend the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Technical Standards and Specifications including Safety Standards for City or Local Natural Gas Distribution Networks) Regulations, 2008, namely:—

1. Short title and commencement

(1) These regulations may be called the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Technical Standards and Specifications including Safety Standards for City or Local Natural Gas Distribution Networks) Amendment Regulations, 2020.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.

2. In the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board (Technical Standards and Specifications including Safety Standards for City or Local Natural Gas Distribution Networks) Regulations, 2008,—

(i) in regulation 2 (g), the following proviso shall be inserted, namely: - “Provided that if CGS is established outside the Authorized Geographical Area then pipeline connecting from CGS to authorized CGD network shall be considered as a part of CGD network, however the authorized entity shall not supply natural gas to any customer from the pipeline outside its geographical area.” VANDANA SHARMA, Secy.
