और केन्द्रीय सरकार को ऐसी पाइपलाइन पूरबा वधधमान जिला, पजिम बंगाल राज्य में जबछाने के प्रयोिन के जलए यि आवश्यक प्रतीत िोता ि ै दक ऐसी भूजम में िो इस से उपाबद्ध अनुसूची में वर्णणत िै और जिसमें उक्त पाइपलाइन जबछाए िाने का प्रस्ट्ताव िै, उपयोग के अजधकार का अिधन दकया िाए ;

अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, पेरोजलयम और खजनि पाइपलाइन (भूजम में उपयोग के अजधकार का अिधन) अजधजनयम, 1962 (1962 का 50) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, उस भूजम में उपयोग के अजधकार का अिधन करने के अपने आिय की घोषणा करती ि ै;

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 18th August, 2026 S.O. 4590(E).— Whereas, it appears to the Central Government that it is necessary in the public interest that for the transportation of LPG, Haldia – Panagarh (West Bengal) Pipeline should be laid by Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited.

And whereas, it appears to the Central Government that for the purpose of laying the said pipeline, it is necessary to acquire the Right of User in the land under which the said pipeline is proposed to be laid at Purba Burdwan District in West Bengal State, which is described in the Schedule annexed to this notification.[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3

Now, therefore in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby declares its intention to acquire the right of user therein;

Any person interested in the land described in the said schedule may, within twenty one days from the date on which the copies of the Gazette of India containing this notification are made available to the general public, object in writing to the acquisition of the right of user therein for laying of the pipeline under the land to The Competent Authority, Haldia-Panagarh LPG Pipeline Project, Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, Government of India Enterprises, Ullas, Kundu Bhavan, TAAV07, P.O.Jotram, Purba Burdwan, Pin 713104.
