19.03.2026, िो भारत के रािपत्र तारीख 20.03.2026 म ेप्रकाजित की गई थी, द्वारा उस अजधसूचना स ेसंलग्न अनुसूची म ें जिजनर्िजष्ट भूजम म ेंआन्ध्ं रप्रिेि राज्य म ेंराज्य म ें “एम एस ए इ to एम एस एन ए ए” तक प्राकृजतक गैस। पररिहन के जलय े ओ.एन.िी.सी.जलजमटेड द्वारा पाइपलाईन जिछाने के प्रयोिन के जलय े उपयोग के अजधकार का अिजन के अपन े आिय की घोषणा की थी। और उक्त रािपत्र अजधसूचना की प्रजतया ं िनता को तारीख 22.04.2026 तक उपलब्ध करा िी गई थी। और सक्षम प्राजधकारी ने, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 6 की उप-धारा (1) के अधीन केन्ध्रीय सरकार को ररपोटज िे िी ह।ै और केन्ध्रीय सरकार न,े उक्त ररपोटज पर जिचार करने के पश्चात, और यह समाधन हो िाने पर दक उक्त भूजम पाइपलाईन जिछाने के जलए अपेजक्षत ह,ै उसम े उपयोग के अजधकार का अिनज करने का जिजनश्चय दकया ह।ै 6030 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] अत: अि, केन्ध्रीय सरकार, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 6 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ै दक इस अजधसूचना स े सलं ग्न अनुसूजच म ें जिजनर्िजष्ट भूजम म ें पाइपलाइन जिछान े के जलए उपयोग के अजधकार का अिजन दकया िाए। और केन्ध्रीय सरकार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 6 की उप-धारा (4) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह जनििे िेती ह ैदक उक्त भूजम म ेंउपयोग का अजधकार इस घोषणा के प्रकािन की तारीख स ेकेन्ध्रीय सरकार म ेंजनजहत होन ेके ििाए, सभी जिल्लंगमों स े मुक्त होकर, ओ.एन.िी.सी. जलजमटेड म ें जनजहत होगा। पेरोजलयम और खजनि पाइपलाइन अजधजनयम, 1962 की धारा 10 के अधीन दकसी भी क्षजतपूर्तज के जलए ऑयल एण्ड नेचुरल गैस कॉरपोरेिन जलजमटेड पणू जतया उत्तरिायी होगी और पाइपलाइन स ेसम्िजन्ध्धत दकसी भी मामले पर केन्ध्रीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी और दकसी भी राज्य सरकार या कॉपोरेषन के जिरूद्ध कोई िाि या कानूनी कायजिाही नहीं हो सकेगी। अनसु चू ी आर.ओ.य.ु पाइपलाईन : “एम एस ए इ to एम एस एन ए ए”.

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 4th August, 2026 S.O. 4333(E).— Whereas by notification of Government of India in Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas S.O. 1475(E), dated.19.03.2026 issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of Users in Land) Acts, 1962 (50 of 1962) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), Published in the Gazette of India dated 20.03.2026 the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the Right of User in the Land specified in the Schedule appended to that notification for the purpose of laying pipeline for transportation of natural gas through MSAE TO MSNAA in the State of Andhra Pradesh by ONGC Limited.

And whereas copies of the said Gazette notification were made available to the public up to 22.04.2026.

And whereas the Competent Authority has, under sub-section (1) of Section 6 of the said Act submitted report

to Central Government:

And whereas the Central Government, after considering the said report and on being satisfied that the said land is required for laying the pipelines, has decided to acquire the Right of User there in:

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-Section (1) of the Section 6 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the Right of User in the land specified in the Schedule appended to this

notification is hereby acquired for laying the pipeline.

And, further in exercise of the power conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 6 of said Act, the Central Government hereby directs that the Right of User in the said land for laying the pipeline shall, instead of vesting in the Central Government, vest on the date of publication of the declaration, in the ONGC Limited, free from all encumbrances.

Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd., shall be exclusively liable for any compensation in terms of Section 10 of the P&MP Act,1962 and no suit, claim or legal proceeding would lie against the Central Government on any matter relating to the pipeline.
