ORDER New Delhi, the 12th August, 2026 S.O. 4465(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 34 of the Coastal Shipping Act, 2025 (20 of 2025), the Director-General with the previous approval of the Central Government, hereby directs that any power or authority exercisable by him under sub section (1) of section 3, sections 4, 5, 11, 12 and 13 of the said Act, shall also be exercised by the Deputy Director-General or the Senior Deputy Director-General in charge of Shipping Development branch of Directorate General of Maritime Administration.
