No. 144 भाग IV PART IV राष्ट्रीय रािधानी राज्य क्षत्रे दिल्ली सरकार GOVERNMENT OF THE NATIONAL CAPITAL TERRITORY OF DELHI गहृ (सामान्य) जिभाग अजधसूचना दिल्ली, 30 िुलाई, 2026 स.ं फा. 9/49/2023/गहृ (सा०)/7228-34.— गृह मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार की दिनांक 13 िुलाई, 1959 की अजधसूचना सं० फा० 27/59-एचआईएम (i) के साथ पठित संजिधान के अनुच्छेि 309 के परन्तुक द्वारा प्रित्त िजियों का प्रयोग करत े हुए तथा इस सरकार की दिनांक 22.11.1995 की अजधसूचना फा० सं० 9/75/87/गृह (सा०) / खण्ड II के अजधक्रमण म,ें ऐस े अजधक्रमण स े पूिव की गई या जिलोप की िाने िाली बातों को छोड़कर, राष्ट्रीय रािधानी क्षत्रे दिल्ली के उपराज्यपाल एति ्द्वारा दिल्ली कारागार जिभाग, राष्ट्रीय रािधानी क्षत्रे दिल्ली सरकार म ें सहायक कारखाना पयविेक्षक के पि हते ु जनम्नानुसार जनयम बनाते ह,ैं अथावत् :-

1. सजं क्षप्त िीर्कव एि ं प्रारंभ:- (क) इन जनयमों को दिल्ली कारागार सहायक कारखाना पयिव क्षे क भती जनयमािली, 2024 कहा िाए। 5995 DG/2026 (1)2 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] (ख) य ेदिल्ली रािपत्र म ेंअपने प्रकािन की जतजथ स े लाग ू होंगे।

2. पिों की सख्ं या, िगीकरण एि ंिते न का स्ट्तर :- उि पिों की संख्या, इनका िगीकरण तथा इसके साथ सलं ग्न िेतन मैठरक्स म ें िेतन स्ट्तर इन जनयमों के साथ सलं ग्न अनुसूची के कॉलम (2) स े(4) म ेंयथाजिजनर्िवष्ट होंगे।

3. भती पद्धजत, आय ु सीमा, योग्यता इत्यादििः- उि पिों की भती पद्धजत, आय ु सीमा, योग्यताए ं एि ं इनस े संबंजधत अन्य मामल ें उि अनुसूची के कॉलम (5) स े(13) म ेंयथाजिजनर्िवष्ट होंगे।

4. अयोग्यता :- ऐसा कोई भी व्यजि (क) िो दकसी व्यजि के िीजित पजत/पत्नी के होत े हुए जििाह करता ह ैया जििाह का अनुबंध करता ह;ै या (ख) िो एक िीजित पजत/पत्नी के होते हुए दकसी व्यजि स े जििाह कर चुका ह ै या जििाह अनबु ंध कर चुका ह,ै िह उि पि पर जनयुजि का पात्र नहीं होगा:

ितव यह ह ै दक यदि सरकार सतं ुष्ट ह ै दक ऐसा जििाह ऐस े व्यजि एि ं जििाह के अन्य पक्षकार पर लाग ू व्यजिगत कानून के अतं गतव अनमु त्त ह ैऔर इस बात स ेसंतुष्ट हो िाने पर दक ऐसा करन ेके जलय ेजििेर् आधार ह/ैह ैं दकसी भी ऐसे उम्मीििार को इस जनयम के प्रितनव की छूट िे सकती ह।ै

5. जिजथल करन ेकी िजि:- िहा ंसरकार का यह मत हो दक ऐसा करना आिश्यक अथिा समीचीन ह,ै तो िह कारणों को जलजखत म ेंअजभजलजखत करते हुए आिेि द्वारा व्यजियों/पिों को दकसी श्रेणी या िगव के सम्बंध म ें इन जनयमों के उपबंध म ें स े दकसी को भी जिजथल कर सकेगे।

6. बचाििः- इन जनयमों म ें सरकार द्वारा इस संबंध म ें समय-समय पर िारी दकए गए आिेिों के अनुसार अनुसूजचत िाजतयों, अनुसूजचत िनिाजतयों, भूतपूि व सैजनकों, अन्य जपछड़ा िगों तथा अन्य जििेर् िगों के व्यजियों के जलए उपबजन्धत दकए िान े िाले आरक्षण, आय ुसीमा म ेंछूट और अन्य ठरयायतों पर कोई प्रभाि नहीं पड़गे ा। अनसु चू ी 1 पि का नाम : सहायक कारखाना पयिव क्षे क 2 पिों की संख्या : 01* (2026) * इसम ें पठरितवन कायवभार पर जनभवर ह।ै 3 िगीकरण : सामान्य केन्रीय सेिा समूह "ग", अजलजपकीय अरािपजत्रत, 4 िेतन मैठरक्स म ेंस्ट्तर : िेतन मैठरक्स म ेंस्ट्तर-4 (25500-81100/- रुपय)े 5 क्या चयन पि द्वारा अथिा नॉन-चयन पि : लाग ू नहीं 6 सीधी भती िाले उम्मीििारों के जलए आय ुसीमा : लाग ू नहीं 7 सीधी भती िाले उम्मीििारों स ेअपेजक्षत िैजक्षक : लाग ू नहीं तथा अन्य योग्यताए ं 8 क्या सीधी भती िाले उम्मीििारों के जलए : लाग ू नहीं जनधावठरत आय ु एि ंिैजक्षक योग्यता पिोन्नजत िाले उम्मीििारों पर भी लाग ू होगी। 9 पठरिीक्षा की अिजध, यदि कोई ह ै : लाग ू नहीं[PART IV DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY 3 10 भती की पद्धजत, सीधी भती द्वारा या प्रजतजनयुजि / : 100 प्रजतित पिोन्नजत द्वारा पिोन्नजत / आमेलन द्वारा तथा जिजभन्न पद्धजतयों स े भरे िाने िाले ठरि पिों का प्रजतित 11 यदि पिोन्नजत/प्रजतजनयजु ि / आमले न द्वारा भती : पिोन्नजत :- होनी हो, तो ग्रडे जिनस ेपिोन्नजत / जनयजमत आधार पर 08 साल की जनयजमत सेिा सजहत प्रजतजनयजु ि/आमले न दकया िाना ह।ै िेतन मैठरक्स म ें लेिल-2 (₹19,900-63,200/-) म ें बुनाई मास्ट्टर, बढ़ई मास्ट्टर, ििी मास्ट्टर । 12 यदि कोई जिभागीय पिोन्नजत सजमजत हो तो इसकी : समूह 'ग' जिभागीय पिोन्नजत सजमजत (पिोन्नजत के संरचना क्या ह?ै जिचाराथव)

NOTIFICATION Delhi, the 30th July, 2026 No. F.9/49/2023/HG/7228-34 .— In exercise of the powers conferred by proviso to article 309 of the Constitution read with the Government of India, Ministry of Home Affairs notification No. F.27/59-Him (i) dated, the 13th July, 1959 and in supersession of this Government’s Notification No. F.9/75/87/Home (G)/Vol.II dated 22.11.1995, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Lt. Governor of the National Capital4 DELHI GAZETTE : EXTRAORDINARY PART IV] Territory of Delhi, is pleased to make rules for the post of Assistant Factory Supervisor in the Delhi Prisons Department, Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi, as following namely:-

1. Short title and commencement – (1) These rules may be called the Delhi Prisons Assistant Factory Supervisor Recruitment Rules, 2024.

(2) They shall come into force with effect from the date of their publication in the Delhi Gazette.

2. Number of posts, classification and level of pay - The number of the said post, its classification and the pay level in the pay matrix attached thereto, shall be as specified in column (2) to (4) of the Schedule annexed to these rules.

3. Method of Recruitment, age-limit, qualification etc., - The method of recruitment to the said posts, age-limit, qualifications and other matters connected therewith, shall be as specified in column (5) to (13) of the said Schedule.

4. Disqualifications- No Person:-

(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living ; or

(b) who having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person,

shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:

Provided that the Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt any person from the operation of this rule.

5. Power to Relax:- Where the Government is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to do, it may, by order and for reasons to be recorded in writing and may relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.

6. Saving:- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age limit and other concessions required to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, Ex-Servicemen, Other Backward Classes and other special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Government from time to time in this regard.
