NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 27th March, 2023 F. No. RA-14026(11)/4/2020-CERC.—The Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Tariff determination from Renewable Energy Sources) Regulations, 2020 (hereinafter referred as “RE Tariff Regulations, 2020”) were applicable for the period 1st July 2020 to 31st March 2023.
In pursuance of clause (2) of Regulation 1 of the RE Tariff Regulations, 2020, the Commission extends the period of applicability of the said regulations till 30thSeptember, 2023 or such other date as may be specified by the Commission through a separate order.
