NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 27th August, 2024 No. L-1/260/2021/CERC.—Whereas the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Deviation Settlement Mechanism and Related Matters) Regulations, 2024 were published in Part-III, Section 4, No. 642 of the Gazette of India Extraordinary on 21.08.2024,
Whereas, Clause (2) of Regulation 1 of the said regulations provides that the Regulations shall come into force on such date as may be notified by the Commission separately.
And, now, therefore, it is notified that the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Deviation Settlement Mechanism and Related Matters) Regulations, 2024 shall come into force with effect from 16.09.2024.
