766 में प्रकाजित दकया गया था। च ंदक उक्त जिजनयमों के खडं 8 का आरंभ दिनांक 05.11.2024 को भारत के रािपत्र असाधारण, भाग-III खंड 4 स.ं 899 में प्रकाजित दकया गया था। 8004 GI/2024 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART III—SEC.4] और, अब, अतएि, दिनांक 05.11.2024 को भारत के रािपत्र असाधारण के भाग-III, खंड-4, सं. 899 में प्रकाजित प िोक्त अजधस चना के अजतक्रमण में, एति ्द्वारा अजधस जचत दकया िाता ह ैदकिः डीएसएम जिजनयम, 2024 के जिजनयम 8 का खण्ड 8, िब तक अन्द्यथा अजधस जचत न दकया िाए, दिनांक 23.12.2024 के 00.00 बिे से प्रभािी होगा और दिनांक 22.12.2024 के 24.00 बि े को समाप्त अिजध तक, याजचका सं.

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 29th November, 2024 No. L-1/260/2021/CERC.— Whereas the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Deviation Settlement Mechanism and Related Matters) Regulations, 2024 (hereinafter “the DSM Regulations, 2024”) were published in Part-III, Section 4, No. 642 of the Gazette of India Extraordinary on 21.08.2024.

Whereas, Clause (2) of Regulation 1 of the said regulations provides that the Regulations shall come into force on such date as may be notified by the Commission separately.

Whereas, notification for the commencement of the said regulations was published in Part-III, Section 4, No. 712 of the Gazette of India Extraordinary on 10.09.2024.

Whereas, the notification for commencement of all provisions except Clause 8 of Regulation 8 of the DSM Regulations as also the commencement of Clause 8 of the said Regulations, were published in Part-III, Section 4, No.

766 of the Gazette of India Extraordinary on 30.09.2024.

Whereas, the commencement of Clause 8 of the said Regulations, were published in Part-III, Section 4, No. 899 of the Gazette of India Extraordinary on 05.11.2024;

And, now, therefore, in supersession of the aforesaid Notification published in Part-III, Section 4, No. 899 of the Gazette of India Extraordinary on 05.11.2024, it is hereby notified that:

Clause 8 of Regulation 8 of the DSM Regulations, 2024 shall, unless notified otherwise, come into effect from 00.00 hours of 23.12.2024 and until the period ending 24.00 hours of 22.12.2024, para 27 (3) (a) of the Order dated

06.02.2023 in Petition No. 01/SM/2023 shall continue to be in operation.
